"We're fine, beta" shouldn't be all you have to go on. Cresta Health gives your parents a Canadian physician-led team and simple monitoring at home — working hand in hand with their own doctor in India. So you finally know they're okay. Not just hear it.

Simple home monitoring, matched to your parent. The numbers are read by a clinician — and your family is told what actually matters.
A clinician your parents can talk to, and a Canadian physician who helps design and oversee their care plan.
Their doctor in India stays in charge of diagnosis and treatment. We keep everyone in sync. No local doctor? We'll help you find one.
You were raised to be there. Now you're ten thousand kilometres away. The hardest part isn't the distance. It's not knowing.
Many downplay the dizzy spell or the skipped pill. They don't want to be a burden. Families abroad are left guessing.
In person, you'd notice the limp, or the untouched plate. From across the world, the early signs are the ones nobody catches.
A specialist here. A cousin there. Everyone sees a piece. Often no one is looking at the whole person.
Cresta Health turns "we're fine" into something you can actually see.
Simple monitoring at home. A Canadian team overseeing it. Their own doctor still in charge of treatment.
Their health, history and routine. A Canadian physician helps build a prevention-first plan around them.
Simple to use at home — often nothing to wear. Trends are surfaced for a clinician to review, never left as raw numbers.
A clinician your parents can actually reach, with a Canadian physician overseeing the plan and offering second opinions.
Their doctor in India stays in charge of diagnosis and prescriptions. We keep everyone in sync and help when minutes matter.
Canadian medicine holds a quiet principle: more isn't always better. For older parents, extra scans and extra pills can carry their own risks. A Canadian physician helps weigh what's worth doing.
A Canadian physician helps decide what's worth tracking — deliberately, not by ordering everything.
A clinician reviews the trends and the full medication list — the kind of look a six-minute visit rarely allows.
The aim is judgment: fewer tests that change nothing, fewer pills stacked on pills, fewer trips they didn't need.
Every membership is led by a Canadian physician and built around your parent. Priced per parent, in US dollars. The monitoring device is included. No setup fee. No lock-in.

"For the first time in years, I sleep through the night. Nothing dramatic changed — I just trust the people watching over her."
"Knowing a Canadian physician reviews her care, and that someone answers when we call, changed how our whole family feels."
Three people, each doing what they do best. A doctor registered in India remains their treating physician — diagnosis and prescriptions are theirs. A dedicated Canadian clinician is the day-to-day point of contact. A Canadian physician helps design and oversee the care plan and offers second opinions. You get local accountability and Canadian-standard oversight at once.
Yes. Diagnosis and prescriptions always come from a physician registered to practise in India. The Canadian team works in an oversight, advisory and second-opinion role — a model consistent with the principles of India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020), which expressly contemplate physician-to-physician consultation. We don't diagnose, prescribe or treat patients in India.
That's the trap we work to avoid. Raw data breeds anxiety and, too often, needless tests. We put a clinician between the data and any action — and the right response is often simple reassurance. You're paying for judgment, not alerts.
We match the monitoring to your parent. Often it's something simple at home rather than a wearable. We'll show you exactly what we'd recommend on your call. The device is included in every membership.
